This adorable little bastard is ready to enchant you with his smooth talk (and his posh English accent, combined with a temperament that's not exactly that of an old-time gentleman...).
Even though in this version his beard isn't as trimmed as usual (the cut that normally separates the goatee from the sideburns is missing), Rosas loves experimenting with new looks, and the "full" beard (meaning not broken, not untrimmed—that would be sacrilege for him!) is something he occasionally decides to sport, if he thinks it might be beneficial in his, ahem... conquests...
