certainly, there is also a shadow fleet doing some of the shipping, but mainstream (normally operating) vessels (including a lot of #Greek shipping which carried around a third of all shipment in the first 6 months of 2023) is also handling Russian oil exports.

This fleet is likely facilitating sanction busting #Russian #oil sales but also represents a worrying potential #environmental threat from old, un(der) maintained vessels....
