Mastergroove repair by Mend it Mark & an honest message to Tom Evans audio

Tom Evans Audio doubles down on a bad decision

Mend it Mark recently fixed a 25k "high end" amplifier and then had to remove the video for copyright infringement. I managed to watch it before the takedown.
Thankfully we have the Streisand effect. And a quick search for "mastergroove repair" turns up lots of copies and reaction videos. Sometimes I love the internet.
Now "The Video" is found on @iFixit's channel, as well.
Watching it a third time now, because why not?

Was it like this for the very few people who knew at the time that System Enhancement Associates was 2 blokes in their homes, when Phil Katz was mobilizing people against them for being a big bad evil corporate giant wanting to suppress him, back in the 1980s?
I know what it was like to be one of the mobilized people, and only learn the truth decades later.
I wonder what will happen when the people wrongly thinking that they are having a right to repair fight (against a manufacturer who *sent xyr product off for third-party repair*, even though xe said that it wasn't repairable) realize that they are actually in a fight where powerful U.S. YouTubers, with huge funds and millions of on-line followers to mobilize, are denying a 1 man business in Glamorganshire the U.K. legal rights that xe has over xyr own designs.
Following up on the #MendItMark hoo-hah:
Louis Rossman promised last week that xyr "next video" would be a re-upload of MendItMark's video. It wasn't. M. Rossman uploaded several videos after that, and only now, the next week, has got around to the re-upload.
At least one of the other re-uploaders in the initial flurry to re-upload has since deleted xyr re-upload.
Apparently, no YouTuber has had a "What‽ There's a design right in the U.K.‽" moment, yet.
