Drinking Arlam Aguirre from Maker at the moment, and it has been a learning exercise.
I normally go with 30s extraction, 2:1 ratio, dosing at 18g. But this one I am much preferring drinking much shorter at 1:1. Found out by accident too, just so happened that the initial grinder settings resulted in a short shot, which I tried and liked, and dialling in coarser for the longer ratio just wasn't as tasty.
Recommended.
(makes me wonder if I should rebuy some other coffees I've disliked, and try them much much shorter)
