Minakuchi Engineering was the developer Capcom chose for #MegaManX3, who had already done the Mega Man World series for Game Boy and The Wily Wars. Blizzard Buffalo's stage BGM comes in two flavors: suited to the action on Super Famicom/SNES or lush and laid-back on PlayStation/Saturn.
