Good morning peeps :)

Started the morning off with a sea swim.

- 500m (ish), in 10 x 50m (ish) breaststroke laps.

The Mediterranean is definitely the best place to be at the moment. Days are starting at 26°c at 5am, and by 8am after the sun's been up for a couple of hours it's already 30°C. If I didn't need to write, I'd stay there all day, watching the fishes swim past my toes.
