My friends, I have been absent since yesterday due to a serious deterioration in my health. Unfortunately, my condition has become increasingly unstable since yesterday, and the doctors have informed me that I have very little time left.

I have been told that I only have 12 hours to receive the treatment I need. If I cannot secure it in time, the risk to my left leg will become very high, and I may lose it.
