FarceBook et al are the publishers responsible for anything people *pay* them to distribute. Everything from public service messages to scam ads. They're responsible for the content of all of it, and ought to be obliged to supply copies of all of it to broadcast regulators.
You can't charge people to make sure their messages are shown to all the people who've subscribed to them, then claim you're just a dumb pipe for peer-to-peer commutation.

Airbus, Europe’s leading aircraft manufacturer, reaffirmed its target of delivering 870 commercial planes this year despite ongoing supply chain issues involving Pratt & Whitney engines, reports the Wall Street Journal.
