Any of the ones listed on the website are equally good?

Is one to be preferred?

5 years or so ago there was an IPFS that one could just pin and get a p2p download. So I'd assume that was the least stress on the infrastructure?

Is there also a torrent+rss or something?

Or should one just recurse through the CDN endpoint https://cdn.media.ccc.de/ ?
