For #WaterfallWednesday, meet Proxy Falls, #Oregon #Cascades. This #waterfall tumbled into the Lost Creek trough that leads to #McKenziePass. Proxy Falls is notable because the plunge pool at the bottom has no surface outlet. All of the water infiltrates into the porous lava flow on the valley floor. The water reappears a few miles downvalley in 1 of a series of magical secret #springs.
