I recall seeing news stories that he is also opening up more public bathrooms, so people didn't have to buy something or pay to pee. The other idea was that it would cut down on people defecating and urinating in public and in parks.

At the very least, that would also seem to make it much more tourist-friendly, bringing in more tourist dollars.

And we're not talking germy, stinky #PortAPotties here with nowhere to wash your hands-- he wants actual public bathrooms with sinks and flushing toilets.

She plays it like a huge concession, but tells us F-U re: remaining $450B budget shortfall that Adams left us. "I'm not going to tell the mayor where to find the savings." SHE'S A CONSERVATIVE just like Cu0mo.
