and that's a wrap for Mayonaka Punch! Honestly not really fond with its title firstly and just watched this blindly, but surprisingly it has surpassed my expectation and become one of my favorite with its trope, character design, lighthearted storyline, and various genres that I mostly liked.

I finally finished reading the first volume of the Mayonaka Punch manga adaptation, and I don’t think there is that many differences, most of them minor, except the island survival challenge, which happen before Fu’s episode because beach episode gives the most attention of course,

Otherwise, not a difficult read.

I’m still trying to wrap my mind around the way #MayonakaPunch ended. It was different than expected. Overall the series had some ups and downs, it was mostly interesting but I couldn’t get myself to get too attached to the characters. I also just can’t quite relate to the topic because I’m not following any real world YouTubers like that group and kind of not get the appeal of watching random videos.
And, entirely as expected, the whole relationship of Masaki and Live turned out to be one big ship tease again without going anywhere near romantic or erotic feelings…
So overall it was entertaining but I can’t fully endorse it.
