Dopo l'annullamento del TAR, il comune ha preparato un nuovo piano, in cui giustifica il limite a 30 km/h singolarmente per ogni strada interessata (le stesse di prima): per via di una scuola, o di una curva, o della carreggiata stretta.
Insomma, tutto come prima, ma con molta più burocrazia, perché #MatteoSalvini si è premurato di rendere difficile salvare vite in strada.

E lo fa davanti a un mare di bandiere bianche, rosse e verdi. Le strisce però non sono verticali, ma orizzontali. AGI - Aurelio Locatelli da Gorlago è un omone apparentemente burbero, che ha dedicato alla Lega la gran parte della sua vita. Dagli anni Novanta in poi, è stato una delle colonne portanti di quel servizio di sicurezza personale, composto prevalentemente da bergamaschi, che l'ex senatore Massimo Dolazza organizzò attorno a Umberto Bossi.
Per dire, c'era "l'Aurelio" - come viene apostrofato in Lega - al volante dell'auto del senatur la notte in cui ebbe il malore nel marzo del 2004. Dopo la malattia di Bossi, Locatelli ha fatto anche l'autista per Giancarlo Giorgetti e per Matteo Salvini, prima del trasloco di quest'ultimo a Roma, nel 2018 come ministro dell'Interno. Insomma, non un autista qualsiasi, tanto che in quegli anni è stato anche eletto come rappresentante nel consiglio federale del partito.
Un testimone della Seconda Repubblica
In genere schivo coi giornalisti, ha vissuto una parte importante della storia della Seconda Repubblica, restando nelle retrovie. Ma quando parla di Bossi, torna il tono del militante.

"Molti giornalisti e opinionisti hanno cercato di trasformare Bossi in quello che non era", dice, sfogandosi con l'AGI. "Lo hanno preso in giro, hanno esagerato e gonfiato dei particolari dimenticando le cose importanti o significative, quelle che piacevano alle persone normali, al popolo - continua -. Ecco, io, di lui, ho amato la sua umanità, la sua capacità di fare politica partendo dalle cose semplici e dalle persone semplici".

"Con lui è definitivamente tramontato un modo di fare politica che ho amato. Con lui per me è morto un uomo politico che ha amato il popolo e in cambio ha ricevuto tanto amore", sostiene. "Cose difficili da capire per chi non vuole vedere la realtà", aggiunge, amareggiato.
