Warmes und trockenes Wetter genutzt und (fast) eine Runde gerannt.
Mit den 11,8 km pro Stunde im Durchschnitt bin ich zufrieden.
Dass ich nach ~7,72 km wegen Schmerzen abgebrochen habe, ist bisschen schade.

In all my years (14ish) of using Garmin watches to record my workouts, I’ve never had one run out of battery on me mid workout. Kinda my fault though. It told me over a day ago it was low on battery.

Well, if you ever wondered what happens to your workout in this situation. Apparently it gracefully saves the workout before turning itself off. So that’s cool. It managed to record 2.92 of my 3 mile run at least.

Also got a lift in this morning. Pull day. Dumbbell biceps curls to failure, pull-ups and dumbbell flys among other fun stuff.
