Edit 1: I previously stated that masto9 doesn't work with Snac. That is absolutely not true, and the only thing not working is my reading comprehension. Thanks to @[email protected] for pointing it out!
Edit 2: And adding relays expands your search results for hashtags beyond your own instance. Thanks @[email protected] . No sad parts about switching to Snac!

The saddest part about switching to #snac so far—besides not being able to search the wider #fediverse by hashtags—is that the wonderful #masto9 client by @[email protected] isn’t compatible. Since snac supports some basic Mastodon API endpoints, it could be a fun winter project to try making a snac-compatible client for #plan9front, inspired by masto9.

#masto9 looks interesting, but it lacks a lot of features, like looking at threads and looking at profiles. I like how it uses plumber for the boost and favorite. I like the minimalism.

Inspired by @rudi, this is a post from #masto9 inside #acme running on the #9front flavour of #plan9.

I too had to go to the man pages for factotum to figure out how to get factotum and masto9 to collaborate with my authentication token.
