Chennai Metropolitan Development Authority has started building a new bus stand spread across 6.9 acres at 90.5 crore at Mamallapuram. By Sept 2025, the Unesco-heritage beach town will get its first two-storey bus stand with a structure modelled on the Shore Temple.
