Can't believe I've been with the TASO #orchestra for 15 years. Which means some of those sticks are more than 30 years old 😅 I think I was a better percussionist in my teens, but I certainly have a deeper appreciation for the music & the playing as I got older. Here's to the next 15 years! 😆

A Song a Day. After a few rather noisy days, we need to chill.
My attempt at healing music - more Post-Rock than New Age, I guess. Live playing, no auto-arps, limited quantizing, and general noodling of knobs to keep it organic and interesting despite repetitive patterns. Hopefully a peaceful and relaxing listening experience.

I am now the proud owner of a #LogDrum tuned to D𝄳, E♭, F𝄲, B𝄲, D♮, E♮. Yes, those are quarter-tones sharp and flat and yes, that is a tritone between the F & B. The neutral second is a neat interval, as are the intervals between a perfect fourth and a major third or between a major second and minor third.
