La VischIt has been a while since I last made sushi, I should really do so again soon! 🤤
February is usually the month that my daughter and I get the itch to make and consume a very large amount of sushi. We get a quantity of good fish, and spent some lovely hours in the kitchen, rolling maki, and forming nigiri. I will have to put it on the schedule soon! 🤤
