Palermo, 28 mag. (Adnkronos) - "In-genium è un progetto che ha avuto una lunga gestazione. Nasce da alcune discussioni tra fotografi che abbiamo selezionato eCarlo Nicosia (Institutional Relations, Communication & Sustainability VP della Maire), in una interlocuzione continua per portare a casa qualcosa di nuovo e innovativo. Abbiamo deciso di mettere insieme le tre Accademie di Belle Arti più importanti e innovative con un gruppo di lavoro, così da sviluppare un pensiero utilizzando lettura, scrittura e storia e poi, nello stesso cenacolo, abbiamo fatto in modo che tra 15 persone potesse nascere il miracolo. Abbiamo creato 3 squadre e a ognuno di noi è stato affidato un compito. Da tutto questo è nato un momento di ricerca e sperimentazione che vede non solo la mostra ma anche un bellissimo libro di fotografie, in cui si vedono grandi sperimentazioni, oggetto di discussioni e riflessioni”. Lo ha detto Carmelo Nicosia, direttore della Scuola di fotografia dell'Accademia delle Belle Arti di Catania, alla presentazione, al Rettorato, del progetto e della mostra fotografica 'In-genium. It was born from discussions between photographers that we selected and Carlo Nicosia (Institutional Relations, Communication & Sustainability VP of Maire), in a continuous dialogue to achieve something new and innovative. We decided to bring together the three most important and innovative Fine Arts Academies with a working group, so as to develop a thought using reading, writing and history and then, in the same workshop, we ensured that among 15 people a miracle could be born. We created 3 teams and each of us was assigned a task. AGI - Un italiano originario della Spezia è stato ucciso combattendo in Ucraina. Si chiamava Alex Pineschi e in Italia aveva prestato servizio nell'8 reggimento alpino. Successivamente aveva iniziato a lavorare nel settore della sicurezza privata. Pineschi era un nome noto negli ambienti della sicurezza privata. Nel 2017 la procura spezzina aveva indagato sulla sua partecipazione al conflitto nel Kurdistan iracheno, ma il fascicolo era stato archiviato: era stato considerato un volontario e non un mercenario.
Secondo quanto riportato dai social, Pineschi si era recato in Ucraina nell'aprile scorso, firmando un contratto con l'8 Reggimento operazioni speciali (SSO) ed è entrato a far parte di un'unità chiamata "Team Green Badgers". Sarebbe stato ucciso da droni Fpv nella zona di Liman. Aveva 43 anni.

Il procuratore Fabio Napoleone spiega in una nota che i consulenti dovranno valutare “l'eventuale sussistenza, in capo all'indagato, di condizioni patologiche idonee a incidere sulla capacità di intendere e di volere, con riferimento ai fatti per cui si procede e al momento della loro realizzazione; la presenza di eventuali disturbi o alterazioni di significativa rilevanza, tali da incidere sul giudizio di imputabilità, nonché il grado di correlazione con i fatti contestati; l'eventuale configurabilità di una condizione di pericolosità sociale”.
La difesa di Sempio: "Il pm sbaglia, l'omicidio in pochi minuti" 
Intanto ieri la difesa di Sempio ha aggiunto un nuovo elemento nella sua lettura dell'inchiesta sull'omicidio di Garlasco. "Dopo l’aggressione, Chiara Poggi sopravvisse per un periodo “molto breve, nell'ordine di pochi minuti, non per una dinamica dilatata in 15-20 minuti”. Lo scrive Sabino Pelosi, medico legale e consulente nominato dalla difesa di Andrea Sempio, indagato per l’omicidio di Garlasco. L’esperto non concorda quindi con la stima dei consulenti della Procura che hanno calcolato in 15-20 minuti il lasso temporale. Non è l’unico punto di discordanza.
“Non viene ritenuta documentabile la lesività da difesa attiva o passiva. Le lesioni indicate dal consulente tecnico del pm come difensive vengono giudicate superficiali, aspecifiche e compatibili con cadute, urti, trascinamento o scivolamento sulle scale” osserva Pelosi aggiungendo che le “immagini disponibili non consentono una lettura affidabile in tal senso: le lesioni sono modeste, superficiali e prive di quei caratteri morfologici che ci si attenderebbe in caso di parata di colpi contro colpi inferti con un martello. Mancano, in particolare, ferite profonde o fratture agli arti superiori che sarebbero più coerenti con una effettiva interposizione difensiva”.
La difesa di Sempio sull'omicidio di Garlasco 
La dinamica proposta dagli esperti della Procura viene giudicata “non pienamente aderente ai riscontri oggettivi”. In particolare, “Pelosi evidenzia la necessità di considerare il trascinamento della vittima, la compromissione precoce delle sue condizioni psico-fisiche dopo i primi colpi al capo e i successivi colpi descritti in prossimità del telefono e dell'accesso alle scale. La sequenza omicidiaria viene dunque letta come più breve, violenta e meno compatibile con una prolungata fase di colluttazione o fuga lucida della vittima”.
