Seeking #maiinglist owner documentation for #mailman3 .

Actually I try to figure out what the option "pre_verified" in mass-subscribe does. Anyhow, I can not find any documentation: The Postorius documentation https://docs.mailman3.org/projects/postorius/en/latest/development.html addresses sysadmins only. The Mailman Core docs https://docs.mailman3.org/projects/mailman/en/latest/ are oriented towards developers and even deep inside I can't find a single word about this.

Any hints?
