Made a report at 6.30pm yesterday, about some fly tipping and got an update at 6.30am this morning to say it had been cleared. I'd say that was definitely 'above and beyond my expectations'

A common moan is "They never do anything about [whatever]" but perhaps if YOU tell them about things rather than leaving it to that famous 'someone'...
