So, I had a first for me. For the first time in 15 years of performing as a professional magician, and had someone hire me that complained afterwards about my magic show offending them as fundamentalist Christians. Literal quote from their feedback: "We believe in God in our home and server the Lord anything that opposes that is not welcome."
Note: I never mentioned God at all during the show, pro or against. I'm not sure how my show "opposed God". But here we are, 2026.
