I heard some street evangelists preach the other day. Good, solid doctrine, no politics. The only 2 gatherered had came with him.

Some day I’d like to grab a megaphone and have the courage to repeat a sermon like this. It’s not mere social gospel nor secular humanitarianism. It’s the old fashioned gospel, the evangel, which cannot be uprooted from having a heart that melts over human suffering. I wonder what the response would be?
