Powered on my Mac SE/30 and saw some intermittent arcs occur across the CRT. I immediately powered it down. Has anyone seen such behavior? I suspect an issue on the analog board but haven’t had time yet to inveatigate. #vintagemac #macse30

Fun day with THINK C! Map will be one of the first apps to release a 68k version *after* the apple silicon version.

I'm surprised that the C parser and QuickDraw renderer actually run fast enough on the SE/30.

There's still a bunch of cosmetic improvements to the renderer, and *a lot* of basic things (a menu, keyboard shortcuts, working scrollbar arrows). But It's nice to see the parser running.

Super happy to have my SE/30 back after it having been given the @DosFox treatment. Hugely appreciate the effort and so pleased that it should have another 30+ years in it. It is the best all-in-one classic Mac, after all 😍

Trying To Find Meaning In Owning An Old Mac

My Dad got to middle age and restored a classic car. I got to middle age and following that pattern with a computer instead.
