I was looking around the garden and noticed this interesting #Beetle on the #AppleTree. It was about the size of a #Ladybird but #IridescentBlue. I went back inside, changed the the #Lens to a #MacroLens and it was still there and so I was able to #Photograph it.

This little Thomisus onustus, also known as a crab spider, hides on a lavender waiting for prey. They’re usually white or light beige, but they change color to blend in with their surroundings. The bright yellow one must have been on yellow flowers before climbing onto this pink bell-shaped blossom.
I photographed both of them just a few meters apart.

Esta pequeña Thomisus Onustus o araña cangrejo se camufla en una lavanda a la espera de una presa. Suelen ser de color blanco o beige claro, pero cambian de color para mimetizarse con el entorno. El ejemplar amarillo intenso debe haber estado sobre flores amarillas antes de subir a esta campanilla rosa.
Diese kleine Thomisus onustus, auch Krabbenspinne genannt, tarnt sich auf einem Lavendel und wartet auf Beute. Normalerweise sind sie weiß oder hellbeige, aber sie wechseln die Farbe, um sich der Umgebung anzupassen. Das leuchtend gelbe Exemplar muss vorher auf gelben Blüten gesessen haben, bevor es auf diese rosa Glöckchenblüte kletterte.

It's not a good idea to touch the Loxosceles rufescens (also known as the violin spider because of the violin-shaped mark on its back). It's venomous and can cause a condition called loxoscelism or cutaneous arachnidism, which in severe cases can lead to gangrene.
