Yes, it would be nice to have more inside story than what we go in that article. #Macleans used to do good campaign retrospectives, but I don't know if they still do.

As usual, you and I saw a very different #CPC campaign for some reason. Based on what I heard on #CBCradio, read in the newspaper, and saw on Twitter, the campaign was almost entirely about quality of life: housing costs, crime, lack of growth, inflation. You think it was all about culture wars and "anti-woke".

Jenni Byrne's Big Gamble

This article makes #JenniByrne sound awesome. Not flawless, not necessarily the woman for the hour, but a really impressive political operator.

(She was right in 2015 too: the #CPC ought to have concentrated their fire on the Liberals, not the NDP.)

Finally, I get to taste Maclean's Nose. Have you had this blend? It's affordable at $49 CND, provides all the detail in casks, etc, and is integrity with natural and non-chill. I really enjoy it. What are your thoughts?

It’s honestly sad what #Macleans (the Canadian equivalent of Time or Newsweek) has become.

I’m a fan of “Object History” following everyday things and social changes through the development of technologies — like my own #AccordionRevolution

So this history of the development and financing of the first successful #BallpointPen was like a beach book 🏖️ that I took on the train to visit my parents 😎
