Digital audio myth debunked here with evidence in physics mathematics and chemistry. The chemical makeup of the vinyl record has influence on the physics and the mathematics of what your stylus and cardridge (moving magnet / moving coil) will pickup.
Be amazed at the fact that the signal remains smooth when going through AD DA conversion all the way up to the Nyquist frequency

Analog and digital have gotten married since the 1980's when we analyze the Vinyl Signal path.
My current signal path

* Always on HW Music player to mix.
* Instrument Mixer
* Yamaha Mixing Console
* AUX0 send FX Rack
* AUX1 send FX Rack
* AUX0 Return Master Bus
* AUX1 Return Master Bus

You can clearly see a mix of digital and analog equipment in my Studio hardware setup, which IS mostly analog on purpose
Vinyl has crucial digital equipment in its signal path of production. Without it your records would sound terrible. SO get over it, you need digital even as an Analog purist

Contrary to what you may believe however, Mackie doesn't deliver its microphones in a beautiful 'flight case' that I've showcased the EM89D in.
Instead you get a plane Jane cardboard box that I've just photographed, in which the microphone normally resides.
Even TASCAM delivers its fantastic amazing microphones in plane Jane cardboard boxes.
Shure tops the charts with ugly cardboard boxes for its magnífico microphones. The boxes in which I got my SM58s are so ugly I'm not even going to photograph them.
Credit goes to Behringer who delivers it's microphones like the XM8500 in a flightcase. The XM8500 microphone has good use cases here. It's also a fraction of the cost of the EM89D, and a sliver of the cost of the Legendary Shure SM58.
Never let the low/high price of a microphone fool you. Buy it, if it captures your sound Source nice, and you will find good to fantastic use cases for many microphones which are categorized as cheap.
Sets of fantastic microphones for example are AKG matched pair condenser mics. They are fantastic for me because I have great use cases for them; they're not fantastic because they have a substantial high price.
Thank you Behringer for packaging your microphones nicely and sturdy.

A vital piece of equipment in monitoring audio is of course, a set of headphones, in fact different sets of headphones, because you can't just have one pair, due to the different tasks that you have to monitor and execute
These Mackie headphones have an incredible low end in addition to their fantastic clarity
