sparker 🥑@gbevin I use a new machine but it is very old-school in that it functions very like the 20 yo machine I was using (only replaced because it broke 3x in the early days of COVID when I was sewing masks, costing minimum$100/repair) which was very like the one my Mom used in the 1970's which was very like the one she used in the 1950's/'60's (which was a treadle machine, btw). I just saw a new high-tech one my friends got and I have NO IDEA how to use it. #sewing #machinesewing

WoolpunkOne of this week’s mends: two torn pillow covers turned into one. Both covers had one worn out side and one intact side, so I cut them in two and sewed the intact sides together with an overlock machine. It went so fast!
