Why does a machine still feel slow even when the PLC is fast?

Because scan time is only one part of the response path.

We explain the full control-latency chain in this new Smidnya Help Centre article:

I need to know options of bearing and also its advantages and disadvantages.,

Why is the belt moving up and down?

This is generally due to 4 things:
- Angular misalignment of the pulleys/idlers
- Parallel misalignment of the pulleys/idlers
- Belt quality, wear and type
- Pulleys/idlers quality and wear

It is also good to know that long belts have the teeth cut at a very small angle which could also increase this phenomena.

Tonight, in about a half hour (10 pm EST, 7 pm PST)... I am going to try and launch my first stream on Kick.

The channel is here: https://kick.com/motorcityadam

We will see, but I am currently thinking of doing Monday and Friday streams.

I will not be playing videos games, because I am terrible at those. 😅

Instead, we will be doing #MachineDesign using some #CAD and, in time, other digital engineering tools. In the future, #PLC programming and more.

Please join the channel if that interests you!

- framework to be made rigid is a square grid with added diagonals as cross bracing, the rigidity of the structure can be analyzed by translating it into a problem on the connectivity of an underlying #bipartite graph
#machinedesign
- Structural rigidity is a combinatorial theory for predicting the flexibility of ensembles formed by rigid bodies connected by flexible linkages or hinges. #machinedesign
convexities of arches, lying in contrary directions, there is a certain point in the connecting-lever, which has very little sensible variation from a straight line.
Watts linkage
A drafter is a linkage too
That's a great way to introduce #machinedesign #engineeringmechanics
