How to examine the lymph nodes?

The study of the lymph nodes is done in two ways: puncture: using a special needle, biopsy: surgical removal of part of the lymph node.
A study of the lymph nodes is done in order to determine the presence of adenopathy of the lymph nodes (malignancy, inflammation, infection).
