I found out that #tomtom now has an "Expert" (#lorry, #truck ) version of their #go app decoupled from those tablets they used to offer the "pro" version of the #android app on.

I am interested in disentangling myself from #googlemaps. Could anyone share their experience with the Tomtom app?

Shortage of lorry drivers threatens the consumer boom in Spain

Some 30,000 drivers are required to meet the shortfall, but no one wants to get behind the wheel, so central government is offering 3,000 euros to help would-be truckers

The caption for this picture, which I glommed from Tumblr reads, "They said it would arrive in discreet packaging". No one, AT ALL, even took the time to read the red sign above the pumps. #truck #lorry #missle #rocket #weirdcarmastodon

Some things don't make sense here. If it was the chaps "childhood dream" to drive a #lorry he's been a #vehicle enthusiast since his youth and is now 39, he's been #driving long enough to know its illegal to be under the influence of #drugs behind the wheel (2015 England & Wales, 2019 Scotland)
- and its extremely unusual for #cannabis to be legally prescribed for #ADHD / #Anxiety - is his defence lawyer blatantly lying in #Court (is that not illegal in itself?)

"irregular cargo" - how even did anyone think that was a good idea, and acceptable on the public roads? If the driver has the correct licence to drive the #lorry, then they could just as easily have hired a more suitable vehicle to transport the broken down #van
