Life is kicking my ass big time. Had a mental breakdown just over a month ago, the constant strain and pressure of my life finally took its toll. Thankfully the support from my son and daughter in law and my mum has allowed me to remain at home and avoid being sectioned. Taking life a day at a time because anything beyond that I can not face. As anti anxiety meds are the only meds that work for me I’m having to manage with just them alongside therapy and exercise. My future is very bleak and I have no idea how long or even if I can claw my way back from this one. Increasing debts are making it almost impossible to keep us going and at some point something will have to give, short of a miracle, but I have a couple of months before I am at that point.
Juggling all of this and Emily’s stress as she feels increasingly unsafe in an area filled with England flags everywhere and increasing violent crime on minorities is a lot to say the least.
I wish there was even the possibility of a light at the end of the tunnel but there isn’t we have nothing but darkness πŸ₯Ί.#nohope #miracle #lookingforthelight #FlagShaggers
