J'ai reçu les PCBs pour faire un HPDisk http://www.dalton.ax/hpdisk/ , c'est un émulateur de lecteur de disquettes avec une interface #GPIB qui va me servir pour sauvegarder les configurations de mon analyseur logique #HP 1630G, sans cela il faut tout reparamétrer à chaque allumage !

I finally will have enough HP/Agilent/Keysight 40-pin logic analyzer pods, the 40 pin shrouded header to 17 flying lead probe cables, because I found some used ones at a decent per-unit price. The only problem is that I had to buy over 100 of them to get the decent price.
The reason to have more pods than the logic analyzer pod cables is that it's convenient to leave pods wired to prototypes.
I also got some used grabbers, but not enough for 100 pods.

Quête annexe pour la remise en route du #heathkit H88 , j'ai ressorti mon analyseur logique #hp 1630G et j'ai assemblé les câbles qui me manquaient (j'en ai monté 4 sur les 7 modules de l'analyseur, ça fait déjà pas mal de connecteurs à sertir !)
J'ai aussi fait un adaptateur pour le #Z80, avec ça je devrais voir ce que fait le CPU quand l'ordinateur démarre (car oui il démarre mais le programme semble tourner en boucle quelque part !)

Hey #testequipment nerds! Did #HP or #Agilent make any #logicanalyzer models which provided two clock inputs per 16-bit, 40-pin probe cable? My termination adapters provide for two clocks, but my analyzer and all of the analyzers mentioned in the termination adapter manual only have one clock input per cable.

I started making a clone of "Logic2" (a commercial logic analyzer software) based on libsigrok and GTK4.

This is an experiment and merely a reason to learn GTK4.

It's not really functional yet.

Anybody got a #Agilent or #Keysight 16901A, 16902B, or 16800-series logic analyzer,working or not, that they're willing to part with relatively cheaply? I'm looking for a parts donor, specifically for the front panel, for my 16902B.
If it's a 16800-series, it would be best if it had the touchscreen option, which was standard on the 16901A and 16902B.
The other 16900-series models, even the 16902A, don't use the same front panel.

The battery for the CMOS/RTC in John's Agilent 16902B #LogicAnalyzer mainframe is apparently dead, and the Agilent License Manager bitches about the date and that we may be trying to cheat the licensing, so we started taking the mainframe apart to replace the battery. The service manual doesn't mention a battery, but explains the steps to get the motherboard try out. The installation guide does mention the battery (CR2032, as expected).
