This is beyond #ethnoNationalism.

Officially, the Constitution of India declares it as a "secular" republic, but over last several years, there has been a shift.

There is now a strong #FarRight #Hindutva movement (not #Hinduism, or #Hindu religion) that is dragging India away from that ideal into #religiousNationalism.

That does not bode well for #Muslims in India.

What I'm alarmed about is the prospect of #RightWing #Jewish, #Hindu, and #Christian #fascists in #lockstep.
