Read this one a few years ago, but re-read it so I can read the rest of the Locked Tomb novels (hopefully the final one is not too far away).
Lesbian necromancers in a puzzle room to obtain the ultimate prize: immortality.
It's really good. It's maybe a little too YA compared to my usual tastes, but I thoroughly enjoyed it.

✯Pumpkin👑Prole🎃#Gideon didn't even kiss any of the cute necromancers or cavaliers wtf. she realistically sacrificed herself for her bully friend as a virgin. now I just have to follow this up with some self-hating bully feeling sorry for herself for absorbing the soul of her only peer/the best character out of the ninth house.
furthermore, the cryptic note and her origins on the ninth planet are left unexplained so now I'm continuing in the hope that the mystery gets resolved instead of just being a useful cliche for a fantasy protagonist who's now effectively dead.
Frigid Crystal Tormented WrathIf you ever need a reminder how fucking dangerous Camilla hect is remember as a character with no necromancy or other special powers she took on a LYCTOR with centuries more experience than her basically solo and managed to hold her off for quite a while, not only surviving but walking away with all her limbs intact.
With only two knives and a grudge no less.
