Homemade lobster roll (2 1.5 pound lobsters steamed for 10 minutes to yield 12oz of lobster meat, speasoned, mixed with 1/3 cup of kewpie mayonnaise, 1/3 cup of drained chopped celery, and chilled for 30 minutes), served on top-sliced hot dog buns browned in butter, with steamed corn on the cob (6 minutes). This yielded 3 rolls. I used the leftover shells for lobster stock. #dinner #cooking #lobster #lobsterrolls
