(Do you need a concert photographer?) This was a wonderful weekend-long residency, organized by @lostmuralproject and @ohavizedek that featured class visits to Burlington High School and @universityofvermont, us playing for Yiddish Dancing as well as a premiere of a new piece composed for us on 12 hours notice by Burlington local legend Michael Schachter. I was also fortunate to catch a @uvmlaneseries concert of a new project by @valerie_coleman_music and the first snow of the year! Gratitude to everyone involved in organizing this joyous celebration, and to our guest musicians @simonescapades and @giraudo_pedro, as well as Kontraband stalwarts @mathiaskunzli and @nyc_globetrotter
