God speed brave souls! #tipping culture is a North American curse that’s very difficult to break. Businesses that offer a steady #livingwage instead of tips have to compete against those that offer the allure of big payouts. Customers could lead the way by not tipping, but they’d only be punishing the underpaid workers.
