Given how decisive the head-to-head results v Spain are in this group, I'd like to have seen England approach this game like a team who were 1-0 up on aggregate in a two-legged tie. Dig in, slow the clock down, be compact. Even a 1-0 loss would have been an OK outcome. #Lionesses
