NicThey're pretty, but I don't really know if these #LinzerCookies were worth the effort. They were made better by cutting the baking time from 12 minutes to 10 minutes, and the #pineapple #passionfruit jam I used was delicious. But they required toasting and grinding nuts, fridge time, rolling, cutting, more fridge time, filling, and powdering, to only come out with 18 completed #cookies. A little too fussy for me.
