After a week of extra deliberation, I decided to continue with 5/3/1 as my next #strengthtraining program. I'll stick to 3 workouts per week with 5 exercises (excluding warmup/stretches) and a time commitment of about 90 minutes each. That should fit the established schedule nicely.
Also, the percentage based program setup in #liftosaur was rather easy, can't wait to start on Monday. 🦾🦾🦾
