#Americanisation - what is it?
What basically happens to a country that gets Americanised is that oligarchy and exploitation increases tenfold.
This is what's happening in #Europe, under the guise of #liberalisation, even though the #EU and #Germany claims that they're not partaking in a race to the bottom.
In the #UK, #US businesses have taken over almost completely and #British people are waking up to the fact.

Buried in his various points is this:
liberalisation is 'not hard-wired to produce inclusive growth.... it is evident that some reforms (for example, financial deregulation) engender an equity-efficiency trade-off, increasing growth *and* inequalit'!
Its good he mentions it but it would have been better as point No.1!
