Here a music video I created a few years ago with Blender using #photogrammetry #LGM2026

The second album is coming soon. The author just needs to find the right label 😁

A Point Between, by Floating Spectrum

I discovered PixiEditor at #LGM26. To get more familiar with it, I rewrote the GIMP tutorial for the Chrome Ball with PixiEditor. The workflow is completely different. I even ported the #GEGL panorama projection filter from @pippin to a Skia shader to achieve my goal.

Development update: https://docs.drawpile.net/devblog/2026/04/27/dev-update

Last week was mostly spent at #lgm2026, but there have been several bugfixes, performance improvements and a feature to make the stabilizer more comfortable to use.

Translations have also been opened for version 2.3.1-beta.1, if you want to help translate Drawpile into your language, you can do so with #weblate at https://hosted.weblate.org/engage/drawpile/

Dev Update: Week 16 and 17 of 2026

The last week was mostly spent at the Libre Graphics Meeting. The week before, some smaller things were added before translations were opened, you can help translate Drawpile on Weblate. I also did some thinking on how filters could work in Drawpile, since it is a topic that came up in multiple places recently.

I had a great time at Libre Graphics Meeting #lgm2026 last week!

Really enjoyed @catilac’s talk, equal parts hilarious and informative 🙌
Excited for #libprocessing #rust @processing @processingorg @bevy

I discovered two programs at #LGM2026 that I hadn’t heard of before. They’re so exciting that I’ll probably spend more time with them in future. They are #TiXL and #PixiEditor. Unfortunately, neither of them is available on here — or maybe I just haven’t found them yet. Perhaps someone here could help me find the right accounts?

#LGM26 #LGM

I am back in NYC. #lgm2026 was an amazing experience for me. I think I left Germany too quickly. I will be back.

It was incredible to connect with such a beautiful, intelligent, and kind community. I'm really grateful to be a part of it, and it was so wonderful to meet Processing users and contributors. Also to see the Processing integrations that people have made in their projects. So amazing.

Expanding Processing’s Future With a Rust Rendering Engine

Processing is one of the most influential approaches to creative coding and computer science education. Since its first release in 2001, ...

I've been reading through the Mastodon docs about lists since the wrap of the "planet++" session at #LGM2026 and it sounds like they don't do what I want them to do. Also not sure how they're even useful at all.

Seems like you can only create a list for yourself, of accounts you already follow, and there's no way to share it. So ... yet another lever for making Mastodon a more restricted, limited experience. Who ever thought that was a need I can't imagine.

I'm in a train and feeling #happy, because I spent 4 days chatting with people who I share values with, hearing their stories and seeing their work. Creative people who build and use Free Libre tools to do #games #photography #video #typography #livecoding and much more. A community with many friends that has been meeting for up to 20 years.

Thank you to everyone who was there and made it so amazing 😊 #lgm2026 #libreGraphicsMeeting

Though I hadn't planned to talk at #LGM2026, I ended up doing a lightning talk on Libre Graphics magazine. If you've never heard of it, or if you have but were wondering why it existed, when it happened, and where it is now, my talk starts from about 25:25 in the video of Friday lightning talks
