The #hairdresser, Lyesata Marsh, has known #NYAG #LeticiaJames for years. Last month, Marsh was indicted in the US District Court for the Western District of Louisiana & charged with bank fraud & aggravated identity theft in connection with the purchase of a Land Rover about 3 years ago. Court documents accuse Marsh & her nephew of using the identity & personal information of an unidentified woman in Ohio to buy the vehicle — none of which have anything to do with James.
