Every night in Gaza feels endless. The sound of bombs, the cries of children, the constant fear — this is our daily life.
My family and I lost our home. We are displaced, carrying only the clothes on our backs and memories of what used to be a normal life. My children ask for food, for safety, for a chance to sleep without nightmares — and I have no answers for them.
It is hard to put into words the pain of watching your little ones suffer, knowing you cannot give them what they need. No shelter, no stability, no security. Just survival, day by day.

¡El jueves 28 de agosto y cada jueves de cada semana hasta que acabemos con el genocidio! De la llamada a la acción de Bisan (@wizard_bisan1).

1) No compres nada: No realices compras de ningún tipo los jueves. Comprueba que no haya suscripciones ni pagos automáticos programados para salir de tu cuenta los jueves. Este boicot afecta a todos los negocios. Planifica con antelación: abastécete de alimentos y artículos esenciales con antelación y, si es posible, apoya a los negocios independientes los días previos y posteriores a la huelga. Para que la huelga tenga impacto, no debemos gastar NADA.

2) Limita o evita el transporte público: Si tienes que viajar por trabajo o por motivos esenciales, intenta compartir coche, ir en bicicleta o caminar. Si no puedes evitar el transporte público, compra los billetes con antelación para que el jueves no se registre ninguna transacción. No compres combustible ni cargues coches eléctricos los jueves. Cada céntimo que no gastes contibuye al efecto colectivo.

3) Esta huelga no incluye el trabajo: Muchos de nosotros vivimos día a día, y no todos pueden arriesgarse a perder su trabajo por negarse a trabajar. Siempre que sea posible, considere usar los días festivos o las licencias personales para reducir la producción los jueves. Incluso si no puede quedarse en casa, su participación en la huelga de gastos por sí sola es una contribución enorme. No estamos pidiendo que pierda su trabajo.
