omg three more count basie records for me! one with ella and joe williams from 1957, one a 1955 compilation of great lester young tracks from the late 30s, and a 1959 LP "from the pen of quincy jones" BANG! direct hit! thank you, santa!

santa's helper tells me the bottom line for these three vintage LPs is under twenty bucks (!)

Questa versione di "I've Found a New Baby" suonata da Lester Young e Nat Cole è un vero gioiello. I due sono fatti l'uno per l'altro, purtroppo Nat Cole ha presto abbandonato il piano, per dedicarsi unicamente alla voce.
