If #Americans keep insisting that #elections are binaries between two evils, one greater & one lesser, with each successive binary #election the #lesserevil becomes more evil compared to the last.

People need to understand that saying “We need to #vote for the #lesserevil” gives the “lesser evil” carte blanche to get as evil as they like as long as they’re not quite as evil as the other guys (who'll also therefore be able to get worse & worse) cos they know you’ll still vote for them
