Got EndeavourOS up and running from a USB stick. Touchpad, touchscreen and keyboard setup is good. The volume adjust keys however need to be silenced and also no volume adjustments have any effect. I seem to remember having seen some fixes for audio issues. This Lenovo Yoga Pro 7 has potential.
