Samke Harra (Lebanese Spicy Tahini Fish) on saffron rice with a bright and fresh Shirazi Salad made by @sebalicious and I a couple of weeks ago! The fish was SO delicious and unlike anything I have ever had ever had before. 10/10 would make and eat way too much of this again 🤤

I had a HUGE craving for a Lebanese Pita Sandwich, so I roasted some eggplants from my Grandmother's garden and made some homemade Eggplant Falafel, then I whipped up some homemade Tarator sauce to smother them (and all the fresh veg) up with. Y'ALL! MY MOUTH AND TUMMY ARE SO FREAKIN' PLEASED! 10/10 will be making this again!
