Thoughts on alternatives to Nova Launcher (didn't like Lawnchair, considering Neo Launcher)

With Nova increasing becoming a issue, I’ve decided to not procrastinate (I am on an older version with no updates, but still) and move to a different launcher.

I have tried Lawnchair, but I don’t like the features and visual style. I use classic button-based bottom toolbar (app drawer button in the middle and two applications to each side) and Lawnchair doesn’t seem to support this.

I am looking for customizable gesture actions on a per icon/folder basis, strong iconpack support and customization of the overall experience.

Based on some research, Neo Launcher seems to be recommended, but the screenshots don’t inspire confidence.

Any feedback from people moving off Nova would be appreciated. Lawnchair seems like a no go.

I finally got off my lazy ass and deleted Nova Launcher off of my phone now that they added Facebook trackers to it. ​ I know I should've done it way sooner but I've used Nova for like a decade so it was hard to say goodbye.

I switched to Lawnchair and it's been pretty nice. ​ I miss being able to have my default screen be in the middle instead of all the way to the left, but I got Neo Feed working so now if I swipe to the left at least something is there.
